2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Packaging may vary from the images displayed.

  • Minor variations in colour or packaging do not constitute a fault.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payments

We accept secure online payments using approved payment providers.

Cash payments are not accepted for online orders.

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, industrial action or other events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

9. Product Safety

Our fragrances are intended for external use only.

Please:

  • Avoid contact with eyes.

  • Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Store away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Keep away from naked flames and sources of ignition, as fragrance products are flammable.

  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients if they have allergies or sensitivities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privee Fragrances shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.

  • Loss of profits or business.

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Damage resulting from misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and designs, is owned by or licensed to Privee Fragrances.
